7-13 Structure The next programme will continue to learn the first programme and expand it into the body structure and define Balance and Basic actions: 14-20 Movement The next programme will take what was learned in the first two programmes and expand it into body movement with focus on: Up Linking games and drills to illustrate this programme 21-27 Sparring The next programme will take what was learned in the first three programmes and expand it into sparring with a focus on: Hard Linking games and drills to illustrate this programme 28-34 Forms and drills The next programme will take what was learned in the first four programmes and expand upon it. Continuation Siu Nim Tao 35-41 Grading The next programme will take what was learned in the first five programmes and expand it into the complete part of the Wing Chun first form Siu Nim Tao and focus on: Siu Nim Tao head insert
